We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refunds for subsequent billing periods are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your paid period.

  • Service interruptions or data loss
  • Costs of procurement of substitute services

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AIOneDesk and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
